Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

Why should I choose Chocolate Fountain Fantasies?

Chocolate Fountain Fantasies is one of the only companies who use the Sephra Fountains exclusively.  Sephra Fountains are the only fountain on the market that have a lifetime warranty.  There is a reason why the other fountains do NOT have a lifetime warranty.  Would you want the fountain to break down during your event?  I would think not.  The other reason is the taste of the chocolate itself.  We use Callebaut Belgium Chocolate with our fountains.  Our competitors will add as much as 5 cups of oil to their fountain in order to attain the appropriate viscosity!  We would never sacrifice the quality of our service.

We've been in the wedding/event business for 19 years!  We pride ourselves on doing things first-class.  Trust the professionals to do an exceptional job for you!

What is the difference between Sephra Premium Fondue Chocolate and other chocolates?

In order to use other couverture chocolate with the fountains, a vegetable oil must be mixed with the melted chocolate. Our Chocolate is used directly out of the bag without adding and mixing oil into the chocolate. Sephra Premium Fondue Chocolate is rich, Belgian chocolate at its finest!
